I have always been an avid reader of books. Give me any book and I will read it from cover to cover, even the most boring ones! A few years ago I realized that I am getting nowhere in my practice as a physician, I am only earning active income. Sure I see quite a few patients but when I do not see patients I do not earn. I do not have any substantial investments that would generate passive income. That is, money working for me whether I work or not.
As they say, 'when the student is ready, the teacher shall appear!' So I have become a student of financial literacy, success principles, inspiring books, etc. I have also attended a few seminars such as the "How To Be Truly Rich Seminar" of Bo Sanchez. I am really looking for options to earn more, that's why.
Last March 5, 2008 at the Valle Verde Country Club, I went through the 2nd day Truly Rich Coaching Seminar conducted by Bo Sanchez and his mentors, the first day was on March 2. It really blew my mind that it is possible to earn substantial income even from scratch. Larry Gamboa has really shown us the way to apply Robert Kiyosaki's principles in the Philippines, a very innovative way of real estate investing. Truly amazing! I really have to attend the Think Rich Pinoy seminar to learn more and network.
I have also learned that foremost in their (Bo and his mentors) life and business are honesty, integrity, and excellence. They also have place helping and sharing their knowledge and abundance their mission in life.

But remember Faith without action will get us nowhere ... so act!
